Probably originating in Germany, a poodle is a popular dog breed. There are three varieties of this bred; the standard, the miniature and the toy poodle. In general, this breed is associated with France. In France, the poodle was often used as a waterfowl retriever. Moreover, this dog has also been a circus performer but also a hunter of truffles.
