“Je prends mon bien où je le trouve” is a saying by Molière. However, the original saying includes reprends instead of prends; therefore, the saying is actually "Je reprends mon bien où je le trouve.” meaning “I pounce on what is mine, wherever I find it”.

Molière, whose actual name was Jean Baptiste Poquelin, was a French actor and dramatist born in Paris on January 15, 1622. Many of his plays as well as his acting skills could be seen at the Palais Royal in Paris. He died in 1673.
