Mission Statement:
Supporting the development of athletic goals for all sports. Intended for Gymnast/Cheerleaders (boys & girls age four and up) for beginners, intermediates, and advanced levels. Designed to help develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.
Gymnastics instruction is provided on all 4 Olympic events (floor exercise, beam, uneven bars, and vault) as well as training on the rod floor, tumbling trak, and rope climbing. The cheerleading/tumbling program is for 9-18 year olds and is designed to work mostly on tumbling, flexibility, as well as jump/leap activities.
