Hello WORHOA Homeowner!

I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because we are currently seeking a dedicated and capable individual to serve as President of the West Oak Ridge Homeowners Association Board. This role is essential to keeping our community running smoothly, and we believe we have many members within our community that could be a great fit. 

The President serves as the leader of the Board and helps ensure that our shared goals and responsibilities are carried out effectively. Key responsibilities include:

- Presiding over all Board meetings and helping guide productive discussion

- Ensuring that Board decisions, orders, and resolutions are implemented

- Signing official documents on behalf of the Association, including leases, mortgages, deeds, and other written instruments

- Co‑signing all checks and promissory notes

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and committed to supporting the well‑being of our neighborhood. The President plays a central role in shaping the direction of our community and ensuring that operations remain transparent, fair, and efficient.  It’s not a big time commitment.  You would be supported by the VP Bob Mooney who has been par of our community for many years.
