Instructions For External Modification Approval Process
Modifications Requiring Approval:
Any exterior addition, extension, or modification to the property, including
• Fencing or gates (other than two or three-level split rail fences)
• Decks, patios, sheds, or pergolas
• Changes to exterior colors or finishes
• Roofing, windows, or doors
• Driveways, walkways, or paved surfaces
• Solar panels or satellite dishes
Approval Process:
Please submit your modification request to the HOA and copying TACS for review using the
Westleigh Property Modification Form, found attached to this mailing and on the Westleigh HOA
webpage at http://westleighhoa.org
It is important that you wait for written approval before beginning any work. Failure to obtain
approval may result in the removal of the modification at the homeowner’s expense.
