AYSO rules apply
Substitutions only when your team has possession of the ball, or dead ball.
Two 30 min halfs, 5 min half-time
5 girls, 5 boys on the field at all times - Goalie can be Female/Male
Home team provides first aid kit, referee, and soccer ball
No metal spikes
Two Refs per game (safety first, no rough play)
No slide tackling
