About Us

We are located at All Saints Church Hall in Jordanhill, near to Jordanhill School.

The Nursery, which has a long history dating back to 1969, is managed by a committee of parents. We feel parents are vital to the running of Nursery and parental support is greatly valued. A number of social events, e.g the Annual Children's Ceilidh and Summer Disco are arranged throughout the year for children, parents and friends.

The Nursery cares for and educates children between the ages of 2 and 5 years. Children may be admitted to the Nursery after their second birthday, as long as there are places available. Parents wishing to obtain a place are advised to complete an enrollment form. There is a fee for registration which is non-returnable. This ensures your child is placed on a waiting list and you will be contacted by the Head Teacher nearer to your entry date when a first visit will be arranged.

The aim of our Nursery is to encourage the children to learn through active play, to develop the foundations for their personal and social abilities, and to enable them to become successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens, and effective contributors. In planning the daily activities we observe each child's individual interests and needs to give children experience in all areas of Curriculum For Excellence and Realising the Ambition - Being Me.
