CB4 - Chelsea & Hell's Kitchen Community Board - New York City is divided into 59 geographic community districts, determined roughly based on neighborhood boundaries. CB4, which represents our neighborhood, is one of the most effective and responsive boards in the city. It consists of about 50 volunteer board members and a few paid staff (including district manager).
