Please note this is a NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING unit and there are NO PETS ALLOWED. Guests in violation of either of these policies will be subject to a fine. Please do not hang towels on the railings.
DOOR CODE
During check-in, you should have received a key code to the condo. It is valid for the duration of your stay and will expire upon check-out.
PARKING
Spaces are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. This unit has been allotted two spots and you should have received parking passes upon your arrival. Vehicles are required to have a parking pass visible at all times.
INTERNET ACCESS
This unit features wireless internet. The network is ARRIS-1602 and the password is in the welcome book. Should you experience a disruption in service, the most common solution is to reboot the router (unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it in). It may take 5 minutes or so to return to a full operational status.
TRASH COLLECTION
A dumpster is located in the front of the complex at the entrance. Please refrain from leaving trash on the porch for extended periods of time at it may attract unwanted guests.
CHECK-OUT
Check time is 10:00 AM. Please adhere to this time to allow us to prepare the property for the next guest. Please ensure all exterior doors and window are closed and locked, set the thermostat to normal by canceling any overrides, and return the key to the rental office.
CONTACT INFORMATION
Call the property rental company if you have any issues. Standard office hours are Monday thru Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM and Saturday 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A team member is on call to monitor voicemails received outside of normal business hours.
