These prices DO include all heating/lighting/ cooking etc.

Bedding and most essentials,loo rolls,washing- up liq.

We do have wi-fi, it is not the fastest but is useable.

All prices are for a Family 2 adults and upto 4 children

under 16 years,

(one would need to share the main bedroom) or up to 5 adults.

We can provide cots, highchairs, and stair gates .

Please ask at the time of booking,we do not provide Bath towels.

We do allow a well-behaved dog,but there are conditions, dogs must not be left unattended in

the house or the garden and we do need to know at the time of booking that you wish to bring

the dog with you. (We may ask for a refundable deposit.)

There is a charge for your dog of £25.

We do have a Cat/dogs and there are sheep on site.

WE do ask for a returnable cleaning/damage deposit of £75.

Changeover day is flexible, But during the school summer holiday it is Saturday.

Arrival should be any time after 4pm and departure by 10am.on the day of departure.
