About Wellington Manor

Wellington Manor

Wellington Manor was built in the late 1980's in Woodstock, GA. It is comprised of 127 single family homes. The HOA is comprised entirely of community volunteers, helping to make sure our community is kept well preserved to protect our families and the value of our homes. One Source Accounting is currently helping to manage our HOA dues, assessing and collecting fees when necessary and payment of regular services provided to our community.

We are thrilled to host many activities for our community throughout the year including: kids pool parties, adults-only pool parties, Halloween costume contests, chili cook-offs, a Fall Festival for kids, and an Easter Egg Hunt. These too are run by volunteers. If you and your children are regular attendees at these events, please consider volunteering to help make these events even more engaging for all.

We would love to have you join our community, our HOA board or one of our volunteer committees. Please reach out to us at wellingtonmanorwoodstock@gmail.com to volunteer or for questions about our community.

Pool use forms and guidelines can be found under the “Resource Center” of this website. Pavillions can be reserved for special events as well using this form.

· Key Card is required for access to community pool.

· Key card will be activated after May 1st for residents who are current on their HOA Dues/Assessments.

Parking Information

· Residents & Guests should park in driveways of homes.

· Additional Parking is available at the Pool Parking Lot but should only be used for short term parking (1-3 nights). Beyond that, special arrangements can be made by contacting the HOA at the email above.

· Do NOT park in the streets during the day or overnight without the proper approval from the Woodstock Police Department.

· It is unlawful to block the roadway by parking on the street in both directions at any time and creates a safety risk to our neighbors in the event of an actual emergency.
