MISSION
Unification through communication to bring about the change we need.
VISION
To enable paraprofessionals and personnel with whom they work to perceive their work with students as essential and valuable, reinforce an attitude of paraprofessional belongingness in the school community, and to use knowledge, skills, attitudes, and experiences to provide the highest quality of service for students they assist.
Purpose of the Webster Central School Educational Support Association:
1. To promote the best in education for all students in the Webster Central School District.
2. To secure the conditions necessary to provide the greatest efficiency of school related personnel.
3. To promote the unity, strength, and welfare of its members.
4. To promote the mutual assistance and cooperation with other organizations with which we may be associated.
5. To expose and fight all forms of discrimination, racism, and harassment.
