Currently, I am the Deputy Director in the Graduate School for Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of St Andrews.
Until July 2022, I was the Director of Teaching in the Philosophy Department at the University of St Andrews, a department I joined back in 2015. Previously, I held a three-year Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship at the University of Stirling on Frege’s conception of logic (2012-2015). I’ve also been a Teaching Fellow in logic at the University of Edinburgh (2012) and a Teaching and Research Fellow at the University of Aberdeen (2009-2010).
My research focuses on the philosophy of logic and language, epistemology, normativity, modern European philosophy, critical theory and gender theory.
