ONET makes the task of creating a training plan so much easier. You have a document to share with the employer as a starting point for on the job training. The career development program, CO-OP, requires a training plan. The career exploration programs, CEIP and GEWEP, uses an evaluation document which assesses the soft/power skills such as the section “21^st Century Workforce Skills.”
