I'm really enjoying a master's in artificial intelligence at SFU
I get really into things - usually just a few at a time. Right now I'm really enjoying my master's in Artificial Intelligence at SFU, my tutoring business (math), programming, meditation, Landmark courses, and personal development reading.
Science significantly shapes my world-view and my approach to life. It has helped me succeed in many areas of life! I am also a very literal person, which may be related.
WHAT DRIVES ME
1) I am often curious and really like to understand stuff. I love learning and am always asking 'why?'. This has made me really good at school and some other stuff. I am full of ideas and like to try them out.
2) I like to help people. Sometimes it is classmates, my dance students or the students that I tutor in math. Sometimes it is by contributing time/money to larger causes.
3) I like to be actively engaged in things. I would prefer to be the speaker than in the audience, and if I'm in the audience I will probably ask questions! I prefer to play sports than to watch them. As such, I almost never watch TV!
4) Excellence. I am highly motivated to improve myself. I work diligently to figure out what things are important right now, and work diligently towards them.
