Waverly HOA requires residents who wish to make exterior alterations to their home or lot to submit a request form to the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Tree removal also requires permission from the ARB. Other forms include a General Request form for non-ARB issues and a proxy form for the Waverly HOA Annual Meeting held in June each year.
