The minyan is fairly regular on shabbos in the summer and occurs occasionally on weekdays after Tisha B'av and at other times of the year, especially during vacation periods.
Virtually any hotel, condo, or house in the town of Waterville Valley is in walking distance of the shul located at the very top of Bear Brook Lane. There is no eruv in WV and few stores except for a small grocery store with basic supplies. Also, this minyan takes place in Waterville Valley, not Waterville Valley Estates. Waterville Valley Estates is very far away and is an entirely different community in another town.

Loon NH has a very regular summer minyan, weekdays and shabbos. It's 20 miles from WV.
