About Waterhouse South

Waterhouse South is a residential community of 106 single-family homes located in the Five Oaks neighborhood of Beaverton, Washington County, Oregon.  The first home in the neighborhood was built in 1987, with most of the remaining homes completed by 1996 (three homes were built in 2004).  The Waterhouse South Homeowners' Association (WSHA) was incorporated in the State of Oregon on July 25, 1988.  Waterhouse South is blessed with mature trees and homes with individual character (i.e., not "cookie cutter"); fortunate among recent neighborhoods.

Waterhouse South is located within short driving distance of Intel, Nike and Tektronix campuses as well as the Tannasbourne shopping area, and within walking distance of Elmonica Elementary School, the Elmonica/SW 170th Ave TriMet MAX Light Rail station, the Tualitan Hills Park and Recreation District's Howard M. Terpenning Complex, a Fred Meyer grocery and retail store center, and the Waterhouse Commons shopping center.
