Water Quality Basics

Every other month, WaterWatch measures the following parameters at 20 sites on Lake Wateree: water temperature, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, pH, and specific conductivity. The presentation below covers the basics of water quality, and should give you an idea of why those five parameters are important.
