I am working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Economic Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. My broad research areas are Financial Economics, Macroeconomics and Applied Econometrics. I am currently pursuing research in the areas of emerging markets finance, climate finance and fintech. I have done PhD from Delhi University in 2014. Prior to joining IIT Kanpur, I was working as Assistant Professor at Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT Kharagpur. I have also worked in the industry for about three years.
