The main concentration is fellowship in forming a study group promoting proficiency and knowledge. The outcome has been great with the development of interesting topics within the Craft and the starting of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree teams executing without the ritual composed of concerned Brothers.
Additionally, the formation of a proficiency team made up of Past Masters. Community Participation: Active in the Belton, SC road clean‐up. The Craft gets together twice or at times needed to keep our City roads clean. Signs are posted to inform the community that Washington Lodge 340 Masons are responsible for this section.
Also, at Christmas time our Craft assist the Belton’s Senior/Elderly Home with the donation of supplies and Christmas fruit baskets. A large number of the Brothers take part in the Mt. Zion’s Community Day Festival. Services to Widows, Sick, and Distressed: Our widows are the main focus of our Christmas Banquet. It is given in their honor. We provide free tickets, limousine services to and from the event with a fun night for all. Christmas baskets are distributed to all of our widows, sick, and the distressed are not forgotten.
