Yale Station Garden Court Development

Construction of the Garden Court Apartments at Yale Station began in April 2015. The developer also purchased the residence (with the tennis court) just to the north - they are working to assemble property to do the next phase which appears to involve constructing a 7 to 8 story building and relocating light rail parking to the north. The UHNC board has had a meeting with the developers and the developer presented their current plans at the annual neighborhood meeting in May 2015.
