Here are a few items just for the heck of it.
This video is of me playing on stage with my musical heroes--John Stewart and Nick Reynolds, of the Kingston Trio. The other Trio member, Bob Shane, was in the front row. I was really nervous. First verse, I couldn't breathe. I got into it by the end, though. Sorry about that last note--I think the other guys were flat! To hear what the song is supposed to sound like, here is the Trio performing it on The Jack Benny Show around 1965.
This is a video that I made of my son and I singing and playing "Colours" by Donovan. We call ourselves "The Thin Men" which is a term that my son invented referring to railroad workers.
Here is a fun video that my son and I made. My wife, son, and I accidentally stumbled upon a small children's museum in North Carolina. We all invented a little scene on a fire engine. As we drove off, we passed by a fire company that had an open house, so we shot more footage there. Two other shots are from a fireman's parade that we saw last year (2010).
