Walpole Point Owners Association and Oz Park Gardens Condominium Association are a community of townhomes and condos, respectively. The property consists of 252 units. 

The Associations have an on-site management office, located at 2140 N Lincoln Ave. 

The Board members of each Association are owners of units within the Associations, and many live on site. Seven directors serve on Walpole Point's Board, whereas five serve on Oz Park Gardens' Board. The meetings are open to all unit owners.
