Walkers Mountain Property Owners Association's sole purpose is to manage the maintenance and upkeep of the common area road: Walkers Mountain Road. The association holds two scheduled meetings per year, one in the spring and one in the fall. All property owners are required to pay annual dues in the amount of $125.00 per lot owned. Annual dues are due to the treasurer by October of each year. Monies collected are used to buy gravel, pay for services related to road maintenance, routine maintenance and fuel for the association owned grader, postage and supplies for association business, and liability insurances. Association officers are elected annually and include a president, vice-president, treasurer, and secretary.
