The Northwest Iowa Amateur Radio Club (NIARC) was formed in 2004 to serve the four county area of Sioux, O'Brien, Lyon and Osceola Counties in Iowa. NIARC meetings are held at the Northwest Iowa Community College (NCC) on the 4th Tuesday of each month, except December, at 7 pm typically in building A, room 118.
