I completed a Ph.D. economic program from Monash University on 09 February 2021. Before joining Monash in 2017, I was Head of the Department of Economics at the University of Southeast Asia, and an economist at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Cambodia. I am editor of A.U. Journal of of Entrepreneurship and Green Innovation (AUJEGI), Angkor University, and also a contractual academic staff at Curtin University.
