Buol Family Genealogy

Justin Buol, Ph.D., has been researching genealogy for almost 20 years, using the same skills he developed in the course of his doctoral studies to uncover the life stories of his ancestors. His research has covered the American Midwest, New England, Southern Appalachia, New Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Norway. He has a special interest in the Swiss canton of Graubünden, where his surname originates. He has language proficiencies in Greek, Hebrew, Latin, German, Spanish, French, and Italian.
