What is the purpose of Vogel Elementary PTA?

Vogel Elementary PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit association that, along with the National PTA and the Indiana PTA, prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for public education. Membership in PTA is open to anyone who wants to be involved and make a difference for the education, health, and welfare of children and youth.

Why join Vogel Elementary PTA?

By joining Vogel Elementary PTA, you give yourself a voice in decisions that affect your child's education.

Who can join Vogel Elementary PTA?

Any adult who cares about children and schools, may join Vogel Elementary PTA.  A Vogel PTA membership costs $11.00 per adult and comes with a PTA Discount Card!  It's not just limited to parents.  Grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, teachers, and friends are all welcome to join!  The more members, the more votes you have on important issues.

How do I join Vogel Elementary PTA?

Membership sign ups will be available at both Open Houses, Vogel PTA events, and online at https://join-the-pta-83936.cheddarup.com . Email vogelptain@gmail.com to request a physical form. Memberships will be available until March 10, 2026.

I'm a member of Vogel Elementary PTA, now what?

Your obligations to Vogel Elementary PTA go as far as you would like them.  Come to our events, vote at meetings, and volunteer on committees.  It is entirely up to you how much responsibility you would like to take on.

When are Vogel Elementary PTA meetings held?

Meetings are usually held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, but be sure to check the calendar! We will  provide a virtual option this year. Information regarding how to join us virtually will be provided prior to the meeting date and time.
