In my previous scientific work, I have published a number of scientific papers in the scientific field: information technology, management system, quality management, innovation management.
The doctoral dissertation is in the current scientific field that refers to the management, decision-making and evaluation of the innovation processes of small and medium-sized enterprises and the development of models for managing innovations in the conditions of a very changing environment. My work so far has been focused on multidisciplinary research and applied research in the field of industrial engineering from the aspect of innovating business processes and improving their performance with a special focus on the process of managing the documentation of the management system in small and medium enterprises.
In the period of my scientific work, I made a special contribution to:
Study, analysis and decomposition of business processes typical of small and medium enterprises.
Development of original methodology, as well as practical software solutions:
in the document management process in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 and 9004 standards
in the process of managing innovations as conditions for increasing the business excellence of small and medium enterprises
drill down / data mining for small and medium-sized enterprises (formation of data cloud clouds, ad hoc analysis, statistical analysis as well as analysis of the application of genetic algorithms, flock and hoard algorithms).
Development and implementation of software tools for improving business processes and training staff and management to redesign the business system according to SOA / ED / BAM / CEP paradigms.
Detect and activate potential benefits of ISO 9000 + Business Excellence meta-system.
Modeling, development, implementation and application of new and modified IT solutions that are conceived according to SOA / ED / BAM / CEP paradigms.
Development of models and software tools for monitoring and measuring the improvement of business excellence of small and medium enterprises.
Development of models and software tools for monitoring and measuring improvement in the field of using sustainable energy sources (solar collectors).
Conducting and analyzing trends in techno-economic as well as macroeconomic indicators in the field of innovation, business excellence, knowledge economy and ecological socio-economic sustainability as expected prevailing economic paradigms of the future.
Independently, or in cooperation with other authors, I published in domestic and international scientific journals, or in domestic and international scientific conferences, a total of 35 papers, of which 7 are in top international magazines. I am also the author / co-author of two recognized technical solutions.
