Steve Allen starting his talk
At the VMCC South Cotswold Section’s 6th February Club night, we were pleased to welcome Steve Allen, son of VMCC Founder Titch Allen. Steve presented certificates and engraved glasses to our chairman Dave Carroll and to Chris Roberts, to mark their 50 years of VMCC membership. After this, Steve gave an illustrated talk on the full and colourful life of his father. Accompanied by generous amounts of chips and sandwiches, a most enjoyable evening was had by the 28 or so attendees. Our thanks to Steve for making the time to some and see us, and for the work he does for the Club
