Air conditioning is one of the important amenity due to increasing demand for controlled environment in residential, commercial & Industrial application, but electricity is major hurdle to achieve it. IN coastal area of India the climatic condition are hot and humid. In these type of climatic conditions latent load on AC is very high however, the moisture condensed on evaporater is normally wasted in traditional Air conditioner. In modified air conditioner, we are using this water collected from evaporator for sucooling. The air cooling and evaporative cooling used simultaneously to enhance COP and reduce electricity consumption. Evaporative cooling works by employing water's large enthalpy of vaporization. The temperature of dry air can be dropped significantly through the phase transition of liquid water to water vapor and water utilized for this evaporative cooling is from the condensate water removed in Evaporator section for controlling the humidity. This water collected from evaporator is free from impurities so, it doesn't affect the life of condenser.
