Dr. Nishith Gami is a designated Civil Surgeon for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). By this designation, he is authorized to perform medical examinations and give necessary immunizations for aliens applying for adjustment of status or Permanent Resident Status (Green Card). He also performs examinations for citizenship.

A medical examination is necessary as a part of the application process for an alien applying for adjustment of status. The purpose of the medical examination is to evaluate the applicant's health status and to determine if they have any conditions that might preclude a change in status. The results of the examination will be provided to an Immigration officer and may also be shared with health departments and other public health or cooperating medical authorities.

Our charge starts at $270 for the Immigration physicals. This includes physical examination, TB skin test and completion of the required forms (I-693). All required vaccinations will be charge additionally at a very reasonable cost. Above charges are payable at the time of service. We do not accept personal checks.

You must present a valid government- issued photo ID.
