Common examples of work which requires ACC review and approval: Construction of new home, re-stucco of home with a color change, paving a driveway, adding a room, building a casita, changing color of garage door, adding a patio or deck, building a wall, replacing rooftop A/C or swamp cooler if it does not fit behind current enclosure, adding solar panels, etc.
Things which do not require review and approval: General landscaping (keep in mind covenant restriction that property is to stay natural except for landscaping in immediate vicinity of home), repair to original color of stucco, exterior repairs in general to original condition, installing a TPO roof, or any interior work.
