Vincent J. Intintoli 

I am an Associate Professor of Finance and the Master of Science in Finance (MSF) program director at Clemson University. My research focuses on topics relating to corporate governance, with a particular focus on boards of directors, executive turnover and regulation. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Arizona, where I also earned M.S. and B.S. degrees in finance. I teach in both the undergraduate and graduate programs at Clemson.
