Getting Started

Vi-Mobile requires a connection to ViServe.

1. *Enter the IP address of the server that has ViServe running and port 2181 open.
2. Enter a username and password.
3. Enable the features that you would like to use. (Fitting Entry Wizard recommended)
4. Click “Save” to test your connection.

*Optionally you can scan a barcode containing the IP address.

Use Fitting Entry Wizard: This adds a picture with arrows to the fitting entry screen.

Skip Fitting Verification: This speeds up the process of sending a job to the shop, but does require the shop to verify the job before cutting it.

Show Debug Messages: This is used in the event that we are diagnosing an issue with you. It is recommended to leave this off all other times.
