Getting Ready For Demo Day!

We have been sending lots of emails. But just in case email is too much, we have you covered here too.

What is expected of me (as of 4/17)

• Clear out your front patios and second story balconies. If it is still there on Monday, May 7th, it will be hauled off by the contractors. No exceptions. See email from Greg with more instructions.

• Label any satellite dishes or wires you currently use on the roof. We have a lot of abandoned dishes up there and this will be our time to dispose of them.

Additional

• Units 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, & 11 will have scaffolding built for stucco work and painting. You will have to move all items away from the south complex wall to where the patio vinyl fence dividers end by May 7th. This is also where the cement slab ends and were the dirt starts. If you have any questions, please contact Greg.

• Units 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 14, 16, 17, & 18 atrium back patios. The stucco walls above the patio divider walls will be painted. The contractor said you can either remove all items from the atrium back patios or they will provide nylon covers to protect your items from the paint.
