Part of the Wall-Spalding Plat Addition to the Village of Big Falls being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 and a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 23, Township 25 North, Range 12 East, Village of Big Falls, Waupaca County, Wisconsin is described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 23; Thence North 88°48'43" East along the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, 1292.49 feet to the West line of Certified Survey Map Number 2945; Thence North 00°26'29" East along said West line, 150.06 to the South right-of-way line of Ledge Street and the point of beginning; Thence North 00°11'26" West, 60.01 feet to the North right-of-way line of Ledge Street; Thence North 00°17'49" East along the East line of Lot 1, Block BB of the Wall-Spalding Plat, 102.19 feet to the South right-of-way line of Wall Street also known as County Road "C" and the beginning of a curve to the right; Thence along the arc of said curve 51.69 feet, said curve having a radius of 1008.74 feet a central angel of 02°56'09" and a chord that bears South 75°30'46" East for a distance of 51.68 feet; Thence South 74°02'41" East along said South right-of-way line, 77.35 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left; Thence along the arc of said curve 6.94 feet, said curve having a radius of 308.00 feet a central angle of 01°17'25" and a chord that bears South 74°41'24" East for a distance of 6.94 feet to the West right-of-way line of North Main Street also known as County Road "E" and "G"; Thence South 01°10'47" East along said West right-of-way line, 37.51 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map Number 2945; Thence South 89°13'33" West along the North line of said Lot 1, 74.00 feet; Thence South 33°34'57" West along the Northwest line of said Lot 1, 105.24 feet to the West line of said Lot 1 and the point of beginning.

That above-described parcel contains 10,026 square feet or 0.230 acres more or less.
