I am currently serving as Team Lead/CTO for the "Walk For Life" project at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), New Delhi. I lead a multidisciplinary team developing AI-powered, non-invasive, and non-contact technologies for early screening and risk assessment of non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
My research interests include artificial intelligence, medical imaging, computer vision, embedded systems, wearable sensors, and digital health technologies. I am particularly interested in translating cutting-edge research into practical and affordable healthcare solutions that can improve disease detection, monitoring, and preventive care.
I hold a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SMVDU and an MS(R) and Ph.D. from IIT Delhi. My doctoral research focused on fundus imaging techniques for early detection and monitoring of Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP). Over the years, I have worked with IIT Delhi, CSIR-NPL, AIMIL, Tata Technologies, and STMicroelectronics on healthcare technologies, medical devices, and AI-driven screening systems.
