Pas theory gateway legalizes all child abuse and places children directly in the abusers home, while gateway legalizing child sexual abuse, and promoting normalization of sex with children.
We must stop this theory from entering our churches, learning institutions, Government agencies, court systems, Cities, county's,States,Nation and Globe.
The consequences to children reporting abuse could not be more grave when pas theory is allowed.
Our children are this countries future it is about time we start protecting them not exploiting them

I care about the safety of children, Family's, and communities across the United States. The current out dated policy's in place in family courts are bankrupting family's placing children in abusers homes and making our communities dangerous to live in.
It is time to address the family court crisis and stop ignoring parents pleas for help and retaliating against them for standing up for the protection of children and instead stand with them and against the family court corporation harming children and families.

I call on the President, Vice President, legislators,Representatives, United Nations, and all others serving in public office: to write legislation and draft laws making the use of the discredited parental alienation theory criminal to use in all courtrooms. To start immediate executive orders to investigate waste, fraud, and corruption in family court's Globally that has placed children in reported abusers homes.
I ask the government to remove all programs derived from or for the use of the discredited parental alienation theory and its alleged therapies.I ask for the discredited parental alienation theory to be unfunded and legislation enacted to state that the overall best interest of all children is protection from abuse. I also ask for investigations into the nation’s family court judges, members and officers of the court that participate in the parental alienation theory racketeering: i.e. GAL’s, court appointed therapists, counselors, and mediators, that has led to our nation’s children being placed in harm's way.
Parental alienation theory is used to advocate that sex with children is normal.
Parental alienation theory is actively used to cover up crimes against children.
Parental alienation theory aids and abets sexual and violent abusers in gaining custody of the children. This is not in the best interest of children.
The safety and well being of our children are at stake. It is time to create legislation and laws that will make it punishable by law to use this discredited Parental Alienation theory invented by Richard Gardner, and used globally, to cover up abuse while aiding and abetting abusers.

Investigate/remove Wis. PhD gateway legalizing child abuse protect children
Please help us protect children of Wisconsin with an Investigation/Removal of this Wisconsin DHS contracted PhD. This PhD is gateway legalizing child abuse with custody evaluations based on the discredited parental alienation.

Under relevant evidentiary standards, the court should not accept testimony regarding parental alienation syndrome, or “PAS.” The theory positing the existence of PAS has been discredited by the scientific community. 35 In Kumho Tire v. Carmichael, 526 U.S. 137 (1999), the Supreme Court ruled that even expert testimony based in the “soft sciences” must meet the standard set in the Daubert case. 36 Daubert, in which the court re-examined the standard it had earlier articulated in the Frye 37 case, requires application of a multi-factor test, including peer review, publication, testability, rate of error, and general acceptance.
PAS does not pass this test. Any testimony that a party to a custody case suffers from the syndrome or “parental alienation” should therefore be ruled inadmissible and stricken from
