It's been a while, but here are some of my published articles and essays:

In February 2009, I received a wonderful surprise: an e-mail from Genesee Valley Parent Magazine letting me know they'd not only entered my cover story "Skyler's Eyes" into the annual Parenting Publications of America competition, but that I had WON! My personal essay about my son's autism received a silver award against entries from across the U.S. and even Canada. The judges commented: "The author tells a beautiful story about her son and what he means to her and her family. The fact that her child has autism is important to the story, but the story of how he was diagnosed is moving and can be a learning experience to other families facing the same issues."
