A complete room numbering system was created and used to label keys for the building.
An inventory on all items in the H3 Complex has been taken and recorded on the following spreadsheet.

A collection of all of the work that has been done to in relation to event preparation. This includes information that informs SerenDPT as to the capacities of the space as well as details how to help people apply for events.
This catalog was created with the intent of aiding SerenDPT in the thought process behind picking design elements found in modern office spaces for use in the H3 Complex. The catalog is essentially a revamp and expansion of the Thematic Catalog created during the PQP term.
The new catalog, which can be accessed by clicking the link at the top, is interactive. Within the catalog are links that the reader can click to access websites containing additional information about the actual design, like case study information, or the design firm responsible for creating the space.
This new catalog was created using Adobe InDesign CC 2019 and Adobe Bridge CC 2019. Compilation and editing was completed by Alex McMahon.
Created to accompany The Catalog of Inspiring Designs, this catalog features images from spaces the team visited during the PQP term. This catalog was originally presented as something called "The Thematic Catalog" that, while more in depth, missed the goal of inspiring SerenDPT and informed them of pricing and availability of certain office design elements. This simplified catalog was created to highlight the work done prior to departure, and show what can be done when looking to create a space that provides essential needs, even on a budget.
After conversing with advisors and the sponsor, it became clear that 4 minds weren't going to be enough to nail down a solid design for the interior spaces of the H3 complex. In order to compensate for that, the idea of a contest or competition was fielded and a framework for the competition drafted. Based on the sponsor, the competition was framed to allow SerenDPT the opportunity to gather as many ideas as possible and potentially even use aspects from all in their final design choices. The current framework seeks for designs of the interior spaces including the bell tower rooms, open and private office spaces, the main hall, public meeting spaces, lounge and break areas, and the courtyard. SerenDPT also hopes to be able to offer a cash award and the opportunity to work alongside them to the winner of the competition. To the left, a sample cover page can be seen, and the full framework is accessible by clicking the link above.
The Catalog of Inspiring Designs was originally created to gauge what exactly SerenDPT and their associates believed to be an inspiring workspace. As such, a method of gathering feedback on this needed to be established. At the sponsor request, feedback method utilizing "sticky dots" was created. This provided the chance for SerenDPT to openly, and collaboratively, vote on designs from the catalog, by placing stickers onto images of a physical printout of the catalog. However, to compensate for inconsistencies and discrepancies that can arise from this method, a Google Form survey was created and sent to SerenDPT for disbursement, prior to the planned use of this system. Due to time constraints neither system was implemented prior to the completion of the IQP term.
Short for Restaurant Laboratory, R-Lab is a proposed concept set to be installed in the deposito of the H3 Complex. This ultra-flexible restaurant is to be the culmination of a multi-year partnership between the Basque Culinary Center (BCC) and SerenDPT for senior students to complete their graduate requirements, similar to the IQP program run through the Venice Project Center. The restaurant plans to experiment with multiple aspects of restaurant management and design such as layout, ambience, menu formatting, and culinary styles. The ultimate goal of R-Lab is to open a restaurant in Historic Venice based on findings. The full proposal submitted by our team to SerenDPT and the BCC can be found at the link above.
