This week we have been working on the keys of H3. We have tested every key on every unidentified door and labeled keys as soon as a match was found. To do this we also had to develop a room coding system to define each space, door, window, and closet. The major location is either a C for Chiesa, D for Deposito, R for Ristoranti, or T for Torre. The Minor location is an S for Sostentamento, P for Porta, F for Finestra, H for Hall, or A for Apse. The numbers then represent the floor and the iteration of the space labeled.

I've sent to SerenDPT a full report detailing the sound support items they need. Fabio missed or ignored my initial email thus I had to resend it. This time I instead sent it through Michalson so that he could double check the quality of the items I have directed SerenDPT to buy. I have searched for each item from amazon.it, Strumentimusicali, and EffeBi Musica, with hyperlinks to the purchasing page, displayed as the price of the item. The best prices were then collected into a single location for SerenDPT to buy everything at the lowest cost.

This week I took to sorting out some logistical details behind the design competition and the "sticky dot" feedback method proposed by the sponsor at recent meetings. When it comes to the competition, there are many methods the company can approach this from, be it a bounty style competition hosted on a website, or a submission based, deadlined competition that is well advertised for and posted all over the city and internet. Sherwin Williams, the American paint company, runs a contest every year for high school and college students that seemd to be along the lines of what the sponsor is looking for, however this contest had a lengthy legal section that I will be sure to make the team aware of. In addition to that, the sticky dot method does seem to have some inconsistencies that can arise and make for a poor data collection method. For that reason, I plan to still press for the use of the Google Form survey.
