Thanksgiving is already here! This year I plan to eat my turkey in Spain. Since we only have two days, I am working on the website at home too. There is now a basic event form page that requests information from the user. That being said, it is not too appealing. I plan on working on updating this over break too, after all there will be long plane rides all the way to Spain :)

This being a short week, it was best suited to get some logistical work done before a hop to Madrid and Barcelona through the Thanksgiving break. With the catalog finally completed (located on the deliverables page), the main focus this week was to create the framework for receiving feedback on the Catalog of Inspiring Designs. The idea of using dot stickers, commonly called "sticky dots," as a method of physical feedback. However, this would require the printing and hanging of the 81 page catalog. Instead, to minimize impact, a Google Form has been created and is in final testing to ensure that it is a viable means of gathering feedback. Use of a Google Form reduces mob-mentality, which can happen with sticky dot polls, and enables the team to gather more meaningful and comprehensive feedback.

Sound analysis and meetings with Professor Michalson has yielded the conclusion that events in the apse will need microphones. The ceiling makes any speaking too echoey otherwise. It is currently Tuesday, but it's Thanksgiving Week and I am going to Barcelona. Work will resume Monday.

Thanksgiving week is here, and we worked a little less than in past weeks due to the shortened work week. Before I left Venice for travel, I visited the Maritime Museum of Venice on Wednesday. It was extremely interesting and went over the history of maritime trade/influence on Venice.
For Thanksgiving I met with my Family who flew up from Naples to Marco Polo Aiport, and we flew to Bristol airport via Ryanair. We visisted Wales, where my great-great-great-great grandfather is from (a little hamlet named manobier). I am having a blast there, and we had both great British food and Indian food.
