All documents on the Herion Complex have been collected and centralized on Google Drive where SerenDPT now has access to them. After discovering the immersive history that H3 has, a new deliverable of a history presentation was added, where we document the full history of H3 from the Convent of Saints Cosma and Damian, to its current state as an innovative startup factory that is a new home to all. To go above and beyond, we tracked down the locations of all the surviving artwork for SerenDPT to potentially repurchase when the budget comes in.
An in-depth amount of research was done to make an events portfolio that would provide all of the information necessary to create events in the H3 Complex. The compilation includes spreadsheets on the spaces in the building along with the amount of people it could hold in various scenarios. In addition to managing the event space, we also constructed a floor plan for the entire complex, complete with a labeling system. Following the labeled room system, keys where identified to create a master set for SerenDPT's maintenance and management.
After determining that it would be better to have more opinions than our own to design the spaces at H3, we created a competition where individuals and teams could propose their ideas to SerenDPT in order to design an innovative atmosphere at H3. To guide contestants on the ideas that H3 is looking for, we expanded on our original thematic catalog to be an interactive PDF with an extensive amount of unique and inspiring office spaces that could be replicated at H3. To get feedback from SerenDPT, or anyone else interested, a Google Form was created, along with a system using "sticky dots," for people to share their opinions on potential office spaces. In addition, we have created a project proposal for the upcoming modular cafeteria space for the Basque Culinary Center to complete in the coming year.
To centralize all of our other deliverables, we have designed and implemented a website for the H3 complex. The website details information on H3 including its rich history, innovative startups, upcoming events, and available spaces. Users are also able to sign up for an available venue using the event application form available. In addition, after an administrator logs in, they are able to view all of the classified building documentation that has been collected along with the other projects that are currently in motion for the complex. With this website in place, H3 now has an internet presence and curious parties are able to find out more information on the complex.
