The Valley Ranch Condominium is governed by a series of documents.
Next in precedence are the provisions of the Master Deed referenced in each owner's property deed.
The Master Deed legally defines the property, the Common Elements, and the co-owner's Unit.
The Master Deed incorporates Condominium Bylaws which define the rights and restrictions on the co-owners.
The Deed and Bylaws establish a corporation - the Association - to manage the affairs of the condominium.
The Valley Ranch Association is administered by a Board of Directors elected by and from the co-owners.
The Board has approved a set of Policies and Procedures for the co-owners.
These are collected in a "Policies and Procedures Manual" that is maintained by the Association.

Note: The Master Deed and Bylaws were revised in 2024. The Policies Manual is under review for corresponding updates.
