Basic information
It's next genetation of WiThrottle Server for DCC++
I added:
1. OLED display for indication server and loco status.
2. Connector, jumpers and buttons for upload sketch.
3. Dropout voltage regulator LM1117-3.3 for ESP power from Arduino 5V output, because 3.3v output on Arduino is low powered.
After start DCC++ and WiThrottle shield ready, OLED show "Server started", WiFi SSID, IP and Port for Engine Driver connection.
After Engine Driver client connected and Loco is selected, OLED show Client ID, Locos address, current direction and speed in percent.
Uploading scetch procedre
1. Set jumpers to UART position
2. Connect UART to USB adapter to UART connector
3. Press and hold RST button
4. Press and hold PRG button
5. Release RST button
6. Release PRG button
7. Upload sketch from Arduino IDE
