Taizo Takeno has been at the University of Tokyo since October 2003. He received his BSc. degree from London School of Economics and Political Science, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Georgetown University, Washington DC, where he had subsequently worked at the World Bank. His current research interests include International Trade Theory, particularly on Trade and the Environment, Political Economy of Trade Polices, and more recently on Quantum Game Theory. He teaches International Trade and International Finance at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
