Hello! My name is Samaher Khatib and I'm so excited to be a part of the infant and toddler team here at Uptown Children's Academy. I was born in Venezuela and speak three languages - Spanish, English, and Arabic. I worked in childcare for two years in Venezuela before moving to the United States, and this is now my third year working with young children.

One of my favorite things about teaching is learning from the children themselves. Each child is so unique and special, and I love discovering their individual personalities as they grow and learn. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and cooking delicious Arabic food.

I'm looking forward to getting to know your little ones and being part of their early learning journey!

Hi, I'm Katie! I grew up in a military family and have lived all over the country. I am currently in school for early child education and this is my fourth year in childcare! Working with kids has always been a huge passion of mine, and I am very grateful to love what I do every day.

Outside of work, you can catch me kayaking, camping, or even just curled up reading a good book!

Hello! My name is Christina and I just recently moved to the area. I grew up on a farm in Arkansas and I love spending time outside! I have worked with kids since I was 15 and have a really big heart and passion for teaching. I love being able to teach and create great memories and happy smiles with the kids!
