We're happy to announce our first event of 2026! Come with us to explore the Royal Saskatchewan Museums Collections! The RSM boasts an incredible collection of plants, insects, animals, fossils, and other interesting specimens that will be explored on this tour. You will learn all about some of these amazing arteficts and how they are preserved for scientists.

Wetlands Fest 2026!
Join us and ta-tawâw Student Centre for an evening that weaves together scientific and Indigenous perspectives on water stewardship. Panel speakers include Former Chief Matthew T. Peigan (Pasqua First Nation), Dr.
Kerri Finlay (Director of the Institute of Environmental Change and Society), and Charles Deschamps (Former Resource Specialist, Ducks Unlimited Canada). Light dinner and refreshments provided. Entry is free, and all are welcome! Registration required!

We are excited to announce our next event, the Global Biotech Event!!
Join us on Thursday September 25th from 5:30 - 7:30 PM at the RIC atrium to learn more about biotech innovations, career pathways in biology and biotechnology, and personal experiences in the scientific world. Whether you’re simply curious about biotech or considering career options, our panelists—including University of Regina alumni—will provide insights into the industry, finding good working environments, and give tips for navigating grad school.
This event is brought to you by the Biology Undergraduate and Graduate Society (BUGS), the Biochemistry and Chemistry Student Association (BCSA), and the Science Student Society (SSS), in collaboration with the Saskatchewan Science Centre. Admission is free, and we’re offering complimentary pizza (while supplies last).
There will also be some interactive games and activities!
